The Technical Advisory Panel is the driving force behind the conference. They have
been responsible for conceptualising the event, developing the programme and organising
the logistics.
The Reference Group comprises participating organisations and stakeholder groups
that have advised on programme development and are ensuring the support of their
membership at the grassroots level. The Technical Advisory Panel is grateful for
